Not me. Phew. But some really, really… REALLY stupid guy is. From XBox Live. I hereby nominate him for the Darwin award. Why? Let’s see…

So this guy somehow, some way, gets his hands on Halo 3 Epsilon, which is supposed to be pretty amazing, and, please note: it has not been released yet. Apparently this guy didn’t care about it that much and played it online. Yes. I kid you not. So… his gamertag is visible to the entire world, which now knows, that he owns an illegal copy of a game that is not even released yet. Nice eh?

So. Mr. Darwin Award nominee, you have to wait as little as 7,992 years until you can play again. Microsoft has a heart and does not ban their fellow gamers forever, do they?

Well. In this post over at the official XBox forum, he actually confesses that he owns Halo 3 and tried to play it. I guess the lawyers will have a pretty easy going day when they bring him to justice.
