Up for another round

The entire thing has been down for a while and I didn’t have much of a chance to blog something, I was filled up with a lot of feedback for Mercury, and upgrading the same, and being happy about the fact that a good friend of mine came to visit me, and that I got a week off for that. In the mean time since the last post I went through a tough interview with my new employer DoubleClick, getting the contract signed and all that stuff. I will be starting there on September 5th. The entire domain is now back up and running, and I made some cool improvements especially regarding the unhuman file size for a lot of images. They should all load faster now, the entire Mercury thing should be faster now.

So that’s it basically in a nutshell. I hope my domain will survive for a while now. We’ll see how it goes.

In other news: I was set check-mate with my bad-hair theory, so I have to go to the barber today. If they are open that is, on Sundays they may not be open or already closed when I get there after I will have left the office. I guess we’ll see. I really liked my MacGyver style. But the jokes just got too annoying… I gotta go, man. =D

My name's Marcus. I'm 26. Live in Dublin, Ireland. Work for a well-known Internet company. I'm not smart. I'm single. I'm crazy. I think aliens visit us. I have an iPhone (ZOMG!!). I like technology. I'm lost on this planet. Wandering this world. I'd vote Obama. I have an HD TV. I cycle to work (so I'm carbon-neutral). Domino's is on speed-dial on my phone. I like Macs. I'm a friend.

I think life's just a ride in an amusement park.
