I honestly have difficulties to write something about what you’re about to see, because it is so horrible and bad, that you will not believe that this title is actually released for Nintendo’s Wii. When I first saw what you see below, I believed it would be for a handheld, like the DS. The game’s name is “Cruis’n”. Apparently this game arrived in the scene many years ago on arcade machines, and even then it was horribly bad. But actually porting this (and this cannot even be called “porting”) to the Wii truly is an insult to one of the most stylish consoles to come around since the new millennium.

Behold my friends, this is actually in-game graphic of the WORST looking Wii game ever written.

I know that your eyes are screaming in horror. Don’t look at it much longer or you’re risking some serious eye-cancer. But you have to be strong, that wasn’t all.

OK. You guys at Midway. I know you didn’t make this game, you just publish it. So you’re not the one’s to blame. Honestly, I don’t even wanna consider hearing the company’s name who made this game, and how much they paid you to publish this game (I KNOW you didn’t want to).

This is either a very bad practical joke of whoever made this game, or they are pretty serious in sending this into the shelves (where the copies most probably stay until the sun goes cold). No one in their right mind is gonna buy this, the N64 version looked far better than this one (and even on the N64 it was unspeakably bad).

What’s left to say? Midway… cut the contract with whomever it is… and tell them: What the freakin’ FUCK is this?!

A while ago I have come across these so-called “LOL-Cats” - pictures of cats that have been tagged with hillarious captions, making the pictures pretty funny, and give ‘em a new twist. I don’t know why, but I like ‘em, I also like cats. At some pics I’ve literally be pissing myself laughing, so I think you should check it out. The website “ICanHasCheezburger” collects these captioned pictures en masse. The name of the site is derived from the very first captioned cat, which was later categorized as LOL-Cat, because the cat had a stupid look on its face and the caption read “I can has cheezburger?”. This image appeared first in a forum to show total disinterest of something that had been posted. Ever since, more and more pictures have come up, and this site collects them all. Check out those LOL-Cats in the eternal search for the ultimate cheeseburger.

So yesterday I wrote a bit about the raid that happened at the bank branch across the street of my workplace. Pretty bizarre sight. This morning, everything was back to normal. As if it didn’t happen. Well.

RTE News now has more details on this. Apparently there were 3 men involved, which have been arrested. They attempted to rob a Securicor van delivering money to the ATM in front of the bank. No shots were fired says the article.

The article says no money was stolen, and no one was injured. The Gardai was able to intervene in time. Apparently these criminals belong to a larger group, based somewhere in Crumlin in Dublin.
